Qiul Creative was started by Eric Colon in September of 2009. For a while he actually left this site alone in development hell (due to him being busy) and only recently has it been completed.
We prefer to work with forum/community sites as we beleive you should be able to take part in in a site, interact with fellow members, and have a say in how we should operate. As of now we own two sites, Z0RP.com and WinHook.net (currently under construction), have worked on 3 IP.Board skins, and designed for 2 websites.
